In the second quarter of 2025, the music and audio app market in the Czech Republic showed varied performance across the top five applications, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Spotify: Music and Podcasts, a leading app by Spotify AB, experienced a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $82.6K by the end of June. Downloads saw a high of around 10.2K mid-June, though active users showed a slight decline from 1.5M to 1.4M over the quarter.

Music Player & MP3 - DDMusic from Hitchhike Tech maintained steady download numbers, with a significant rise to 7.1K in the final week of June. However, active users decreased from 30.6K at the start of the quarter to 17.6K.

Shazam: Find Music & Concerts by Apple Inc. showed consistent growth in downloads, reaching 6.7K in late June. Active users also increased, ending the quarter at approximately 438.8K from an initial 375.9K.

Suno - AI Music & Songs saw its revenue fluctuate, peaking at $3K in early June. Downloads remained stable, with active users showing a gradual increase to 14.9K by mid-June.

Lastly, JBL Headphones from Harman Consumer, Inc. experienced a decrease in downloads, with a drop to 1.8K by the end of June. Active users also declined, from 31.7K to 25.1K throughout the quarter.
